Air Pollution Communication Workshop

The Air Pollution Communication Stakeholder Workshop brings together participants from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), the Environmental Information, Awareness, Capacity Building and Livelihood Programme (EIACP) network, and civil society.

The workshop features context setting by Dr. Vasanti Rao, Director General, CMS VATAVARAN; inaugural remarks by Dr. Sujit Kumar Bajpayee, Member & Member-Secretary, CAQM and Ms. Nameeta Prasad, Joint Secretary, MoEF&CC. Sessions include a presentation by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, an Independent Consultant on communication strategies for pollution mitigation, and a theatrical storytelling segment led by Mr. Gaurav Singh Nijjar from Kaivalya Plays. The program closes with a group photo, lunch, and networking.
