This session helps you understand how storytelling can spark climate action. You learn to report environmental issues with accuracy and empathy, turn complex information into clear narratives and use digital platforms like social media, podcasts and videos to reach wider audiences. The session builds creative communication skills that motivate communities and support climate responsibility.

Nidhi Jamwal

Nidhi Jamwal is a Mumbai-based independent journalist with over 25 years of work experience in environmental and rural journalism. She reports on environment, climate, and rural issues She worked for 12 years at Down To Earth magazine and is the former Managing Editor of Gaon Connection. She has been awarded several media fellowships and awards, including IHCAP - CMS Young Environmental Journalist Award and UNFPA@50 Special Award for her consistent engagement in feminizing climate solution stories.
