 Subject
Focus: The Tribal Spirit and its imminent death at the hands
              of society. Summary:
The indigenous people, depicted here, are from the forests of Kerala,
the hills of Nagaland, Myanmar and the river islands of Assam. Though
seemingly diverse, they share the fate of enforced disassociation
from their traditional legacy of water and spirit. In doing so,
our larger society is shown to metaphorically assume the role of
a modern cannibal, the worst hunter, one that feeds upon its
              own.      |
